1. What do the initials “ASI”stand for?

Arthur Smith Industries. Established in 1965, by Arthur Smith III, Grandson of the founder of the A.O. Smith Corporation, Mr. Smith began manufacturing fiberglass cold storage doors for the food industry, under the ENVIRO brand name.  But the company’s growth did not occur until it was purchased by George Balbach in 1974.  At that time ASI was the first and only U.S. manufacturer of fiberglass doors. Today, ASI Technologies manufactures comprehensive door systems for a variety of commercial, governmental and industrial markets.

 

2. Which door brands are manufactured by ASI Technologies?

CleanSeal controlled Environment Door systems, Enviro Cold Storage Door Systems and Marathon High Speed, High Performance Door Systems are all designed, engineered and precision manufactured at our corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility located in Milwaukee, WI.

4. How can I get an owner’s manual for my Door?

Owners Manuals, architectural specs, parts lists and other technical documents are available to our customers and design professionals through our website. You can access these documents on individual product pages.


 
5. How can I find a qualified service technician for my ASI Door?

There are a number of ways to obtain service assistance.
