SALES TRAINEE
Under the general direction of and reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Representative trainee is responsible to learn the following using our two year training plan: How ASI product is made by working on the production floor. ASI order processing and telemarketing aspects of the Sales Representative job. ASI sales process and eventually acquire your own sales territory. As a sales rep the duties include management for sales and marketing of ASI products in a regional segment. Requires the ability to travel.

Education and/or Experience
Requires education generally equivalent to a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with courses in Business Administration or Sales Engineering.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, executives and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions of customer requirements. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Requires the ability to operate various office equipment to include a computer, typewriter, voice mail, copier, fax, calculator, and projectors. Requires the ability to operate with various software such as word processing, spreadsheets and database. Requires the ability to travel.
