Summary Foam door panels by performing the following duties.
Maintain and replenish Tanks.
Maintain heat room for bulk foam.
Calculate cubic feet of panel, calibrate, and covert to machine run time.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Handling, storing, and disposal of hazardous waste and rags. Perform quality requirements. Following cleaning instructions.
Education and/or Experience: Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to work from assembly drawings and special work instructions. Injection molding or laminating experience is a plus.
Mathematical Skills: Requires the use of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of decimals and fractions; work from drawings, specification and formulas involving limited detail, use and interpret adjustable measuring instruments such as tape measures.
5:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday
5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Friday
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be detail orientated as well as thorough.
