Panel Construction
1-3/4" thick structural seamless molded fiberglass panel with polyester gel-coat finish and a high-density closed-cell polyurethane foam core with 20 ga. stainless steel edge capping.
Frame Construction
304 stainless steel frame, fully welded and polished through the face frames and throat, available in single or double rabbet construction, and prepped for specified hardware.
Gasketing
Provided gaskets are non-marking bulb type three-sided perimeter gaskets intended to be frame mounted.
Hardware Mounting
Door panel contains reinforcement plates at each point where optional hardware is attached to the panel.
Optional Vision Panel
If optioned, vision panel is mounted without any exposed fasteners on either side of the door panel and includes factory-installed 1/4" tempered glass.
