Panel Construction

Face Frame & Jamb
White metal full-perimeter face frame with backing support at all hardware locations; flush floor or high-sill options available.
Hardware
Heavy-duty cam-lift hinges, lockable latch with adjustable strike, and inside safety release; freezer doors include UL-listed heater cable.
Insulation
Poured-in-place closed-cell polyurethane foam core delivering R-value of R-33 (4″) or R-50 (6″); K-factor 0.12 at 75 °F.
Gasketing
Gasketing is a non-marking single continuous piece that runs the entire perimeter of the panel.
