Warranty

ASI Doors Inc. (“seller”) 5848 N 95th Court Milwaukee, WI 53225 warrants the original commercial purchaser (“buyer”) a product that is free of defects in material and workmanship for the time period set forth below.

ASI Doors warranty includes:

  • Mechanical components for the period of one or two (see list below ) years from the date of shipment.
  • Electrical components for the period of one or two (see list below) years from the date of shipment.
  • Labor is limited to one (1 ) year from the date of shipment.
  • All wear items are excluded such as: belts, gaskets, chain, sprockets, drive and idler pulleys, cables, rollers, wear strips, wireless transmitters, batteries, latches, handles, hinges, end locks, links.  These items are considered wear items and are excluded from the limited warranty.

Claims: Claims under this Limited warranty shall be made within 10 days of the discovery and before the expiration date of the applicable warranty.  The buyer must allow the seller and/or its agents a reasonable time period to inspect the warranty claim and grant the seller or agents access to the location of the product.

Repairs: The seller is obligated under this limited warranty to replace or repair the defective part which is determined defective by the seller or agents.

Transferable: This warranty is not transferable from the original buyer.

Not warranted:  Seller does not warrant against, and is not responsible for; (i) improper installation, (ii) misuse of the product or neglect including impact, (iii) misapplied applications, (iv) failure to provide preventive maintenance  as per the owner’s manual, and provide records (v) improper unloading, handling, storage and abuse (vi) natural disasters, including flood, fire, earthquake, or civil disorder (vii) build or floor settling or wall movement.

Disclaimer: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other representations.

Limited warranty void: If the product is altered in any manner. Any safety circuit is bypassed. If the seller fails to maintain the product in accordance with the owner’s manual.  The buyer must keep written maintenance record on file.
